RunnTenn organizes free, timed, weekly 5K events across Tennessee. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit powered entirely by volunteers and community donations.
Whether you're a competitive runner chasing a personal best or a family looking for a Saturday morning activity, RunnTenn welcomes you. No registration fees, no qualifying times, no barriers. Just show up and run (or walk!).
